The Crowns: Machine Reverse Appliqué is FUN - Added Dimension Workshop

Come learn machine reverse applique and some simple ways to beautify your quilts and wow others by mixing reverse applique with applique. Choose to make the multi-dimensional The Crowns- Crown or Tiara block - full of color, depth and texture - using our simple and effective signature method - Trace, Snip, Iron & Stitch - for machine reverse applique and applique!

It’s fast, fun and easy. You’ll see the reverse applique design recede and the applique designs rise, creating dimension in the piece. Consider mixing your fibers and see new dimensions give life to your creation.

In the process quilters will learn about satin stitching techniques to refine and improve their stitching skill to achieve consistent results. Get sharp outside points without “x-es”, crisp corners and smooth curves with no gaps, and getting special tips gleaned from experience. We’ll also explore some unique creative possibilities that come with reverse applique by machine and discuss why I use the fusible and stabilizer I use.
